LIVE CALLERS ARE TIME SAVERS AND MONEY MAKERS
Live Callers, a new generation of Predictive Dialers, automatically place outbound calls with-out having to manually dial numbers. They maximize your time as much as 30+% and potentially increase sales as much as 300% because the majority of your time is spent talking to live prospects.
The Live Caller randomly selects a person to be called from a data file (lead list), dials the number, and passes the call to you as soon as a live person picks up the call. The dialer has programed intelligence to prevent non-productive calls from reaching you. Since you don’t have to deal with busy signals, answering machines, and no answers, you are freed up to take one call after another, thus saving you time and increasing your potential sales.
Live Callers are ideal for the home based marketer/ telemarketer, small business collection agencies, and insurances agencies, etc., or anyone who uses lead lists.

BE THE ULTIMATE CALL CENTER OF ONE:
CALL CENTER SOLUTIONS FOR THE AT HOME
BUSINESS MARKETER
As an at home business entrepreneur, I never considered myself as being a call center jockey but; as you look at what a call center is and what it does, you’ll see that your at home business can be the “Ultimate Call Center of One.”
A call center is by definition: a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving
or transmitting a large volume of calls. Duh! That’s what I do in my home office everyday of the week. I always thought of a call center as a huge room filled with wall-to-wall cubicles, with call center agents sitting in front of their computers, wearing headphones, and holding a pen in one hand, and a cup of 'Joe' in the other. Minus the large room and cubicle, that’s me.

The difference between the multi-seat call center and me is the technology used to make it happen. Historically call centers used auto dialer technology that made massive amounts of calls while call center agents sat idly waiting for a call to connect. There were numerous problems with auto dialers. One, they could not tell the difference between an answering machine/fax machine etc., from a live person. Second, if all available call center agents were on calls, the auto dialer would just keep on dialing. Tons of the people who received auto dialed calls did not have a live agent on the other end of the call (dropped calls). This annoyance was one of the reasons the “Do Not Call List” came into effect. Finally, the cost and feasibility of auto dialers for the at home business person was just not possible.
The next generation of call center technology is the predictive dialer. The predictive dialer is an automated dialer that dials from a batch of leads and turns the call over to an agent when a live person answers. A predictive dialer is able to predict the difference between a live human, and an answering machine, etc. Although predictive dialers greatly increase agent productivity, (because the agents spend most of their time talking with live people), there are some drawbacks

for the at home business marketer.Predictive dialers are usually costly and require installation of specialized software and hardware. With most predictive dialers, there is an annoying couple of seconds pause while the predictive dialer

determines if indeed a live person is on the other end. Many people have come to associate that pause with a telemarketer and hang up before the agent has had the opportunity to connect. Finally there is still a considerable amount of calls that are dropped because the algorithms used to predict the answer/drop rate are just not precise enough.
Predictive dialers have come a long way in the past couple of years. The amount of dropped calls has decreased and the annoying pause has been greatly reduced. Perhaps the greatest advance is the ability to expand from centralized, multi-seat call centers to remote locations. However, for most at home business persons, predictive dialers are still impractical. The majority of predictive dialers require costly up-front fees and specialized software, and in some cases, additional hardware.
There is another solution for bringing the power of a call center to the at home business marketer. The solution is called CALL ON COMMAND featuring CitaLinktm. It is neither an auto dialer nor a predictive dialer. It is a new category of its own known as a “Live Caller.” It uses sophisticated and patent algorithms that are a hybrid of previous predictive dialer technology. Some differences include:

No costly requirements for computer telephony hardware.

No special software or licenses to purchase.

No monthly support fees.

It is mobile, only requiring a computer, a phone, and an internet connection to use.

It has simple, easy-to-understand online tutorials.

It has multiple reporting capabilities.

It is an affordable all-in-one system for the at home business user. |
This is basically how it works:
An agent logs into his/her CitaLinktm back office on the web site. The agent then loads his/her own lead list in an Excel file format into his/her account. Next the agent enters the phone number CitaLinktmwill call to reach him/her. The agent then sets up a calling campaign by choosing the lead list to call and clicks on ‘Dial’ on the computer screen. CitaLinktm then dials the agent number that was entered into the system. The agent next clicks on the start button on the calling interface and the Live Caller begins calling prospects. It dials on multiple lines until it connects with a live person. The instant the prospect answers the phone the agent is live with that person -- there is no pause or delay. Displayed on the calling interface is the demographic information of the person being called. The CitaLinktm contact management system keeps track of the outcome of the call, compiling important and specific information to be used later by the agent as he/she follows up on the previously called leads. When the Live Caller reaches an answering machine, the agent can simply select a button on the calling interface to leave a voice mail message or to ignore the answering machine and continue dialing. When the agent decides to end the calling campaign, he/she clicks on the stop key and the Live Caller hangs up. The agent then has access to detailed information about that campaign to determine follow-up priorities.

I have used and tested this Live Caller system myself and found it to be the ideal solution for the at home business marketer. Although a lot is dependent on the quality of the lead list, CALL ON COMMAND featuring CitaLinktm is a huge time-saver/money-maker because the agent spends most of his/her time talking to live people instead of pounding the plastic. With a fair to poor lead list, I have been able to average over 120 calls per hour. I’m usually able to speak to 25-30% of the people I reach and of those, I’ve been able to schedule follow up appointments with 5-10% of the people I talk to. Results will vary according to the time of day an agent calls, how old the lead list is, and the cost point of the product the agent is marketing, etc.
CALL ON COMMAND featuring CitaLinktm is a premium solution for the home based marketer. It is affordable, easy to use, and most importantly, will save the user 75% of his/her time that otherwise would be wasted in unproductive dialing tasks, and increase sales by as much as 300%. You don’t have to wish you had the power of a call center in your at home business anymore. You can now be the “Ultimate Call Center of One” with the LIVE CALLER from CALL ON COMMAND featuring CitaLinktm.

Is A Live Caller For You?
YOU MAKE THE CALL

The Most important benefit of a Live Caller (a new generation of Predictive Dialers) is that it can reduce expenses for your company over a period of time since you do not need to buy and deploy a complex and sometimes extremely expensive PBX (private branch exchange) system. Because a Live Caller is much less expensive than a predictive dialer, you or your company could experience a return of investment in a matter of hours. With a predictive dialer, it could take a period of six to twelve months. Either way, you are money ahead to the alternative of pounding the plastic, i.e., manual dialing.
